こんにちは。
今朝は毎月初めに開催している「安全教育」を実施しました。
いつもは会場を借りて開催していますが、新型コロナの影響で建物が閉館中のため利用できず。
元請のＮＤＳ様からも先月は自粛しようという事で中止になりましたが、今月は安全品質部長さんから相談があり、何か工夫して開催する事は出来ないかと依頼がありましたので、今回は初めて屋外での安全教育を実施する事となりました。
今日は天気も良く、風もあまり無かったので快適でした。椅子の方は、昔弊社に会議室があったときに使っていた、折り畳みの椅子が廃棄せずに残してあったので、間隔を置いて座っていただきました。
ＮＤＳ様の進行の方には飛沫防止の観点で、大きな声を出さなくていいように、拡声器をセッティングさせていただきました。

なんとか環境は整えましたが、あまり長時間続けるのも心配なので、ぎゅっと凝縮して最後に私の方から手短に新型コロナの感染の危機意識を持っていただくよう注意喚起をさせていただきました。
理解しなければいけない事は、まだまだ全容が分かっていないという事だと思います。

その行動をこの分からない相手「新型コロナ」にも適用しなければいけないと考えます。
